The M Collection Property Group was founded by William Stabb in 2013 in response to a demanding international client base. We have a global portfolio of property owners, UHNWI’s, trusted partners and agents in excess of 10,000+. We know the high standards and expectations of our clients, and our mandate is simply to deliver.
William met Emily in Paris in 1996 and has spent much of his life abroad. In 2000 they moved to Alsace, and spent the next 10 years in France, Switzerland and Italy. He established his first property business in Chamonix, Private Estates Sarl, working also as the French advisor to the Private Office Engel & Völkers. The Alpine HQ then moved to Ibiza, Spain in 2010. William ran the Christies International office Meridiana Inmobiliaria for 3 years, before creating The M Collection in 2013.
Emily started her property career in London working for Henry Pryor at The London Office in 1998. She has managed a portfolio of private chalets, villas and estates over the past 25 years of her career.
She co-founded both Private Estates Sarl in Chamonix and The M Collection.
William and Emily returned to the UK in 2016 with three trilingual daughters all born and raised in France and Spain. Our Private Office is now firmly based in London.

We will normally conduct an initial visit independently to the search area / country, view a selected list of properties, and report back to the client with an evaluation report (usually consisting of images, videos, documents and comments). The client usually then selects a shortlist and a 2nd trip is scheduled with the client.
We charge a Retainer Fee of £2,000 + VAT (£2,400), and then bespoke depending on search criteria, territory and travel requirements.
Final commissions will be negotiated depending on the country (usually around 2.5% + VAT = 3%) and the Retainer Fee would be refunded in the case of a successful sale.
